This role can be remote or hybrid and supports recruitment within the state of New Jersey.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to identify and implement effective recruitment strategies and activity tracking.
  • Build new sourcing strategies to support hiring initiatives.
  • Develop and execute sourcing plans through the agency’s recruiting resources, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources.
  • Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, social media, internet searches and research, while developing relationships with appropriate candidates in the active candidate pool.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, negotiating offers, and closing candidates across all open roles.
  • Ensure an impressive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal clients to ensure staffing needs are met.
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system throughout the recruitment process and onboarding.
  • Maintain Talent Acquisition process workflow and compliance.

 

Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
  • 2 – 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter in a technology or health service company.
  • Experience recruiting all level of home care  professionals is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience with effective pre-screening, interviewing and candidate evaluation.
  • Proven success in sourcing active and passive talent.
  • Proven ability of bringing top talent through the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Independent worker, self-starter, detail oriented, team player, analytical with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen to partner, consult, and build relationships with all levels of the agency.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and demonstrated usage of tools such as LinkedIn.
  • Ability to quickly assess candidate’s skills, qualifications and attributes and make hiring recommendations.
  • Excellent time management, follow-through, and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS office suite.
