We are seeking Part-Time Home Care Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists for an expanded caseload in the Bergen, Essex, Morris, Passaic, Union, and Hudson counties of New Jersey. These therapists will provide community-based outpatient services (Medicare Part B), and private duty services in the area. We offer a flexible schedule on a desired hours per week basis, and most importantly competitive pay rates.

Job Requirements:
⦁ Active PT/OT/ST New Jersey state license
⦁ Minimum 15 hours per week of direct patient care
⦁ Valid driver’s license and automobile liability Insurance
⦁ Great clinical assessment skills
⦁ Passionate with excellent customer service and patient focus
⦁ Creative evidence-based care
