Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for creating job postings, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruiting:

  • Schedule and conduct interviews for all Caregivers
  • New hire processing and new hire paperwork
  • Sourcing and screening of applicants’ resumes and applications.
  • Develop strategies to recruit and retain the very best applicants.
  • Actively manage all job postings and respond to applicants in a timely manner.
  • Verify applicants license and assess the applicant qualifications for employment.
  • Utilizing and updating job boards for needed cases that need to be filled.

 

Staffing Coordinator:

  • Scheduling Home Care Aides and coordinate under the direction of Client Services
  • Complete onboarding and intake process as directed.
  • Follow through process in converting pending to active caregivers.
  • Answer calls in a pleasant professional demeanor.
  • Uses resources to organize and schedules with current clients-with the pool of matching caregivers.
  • Coordinate and confirm field staff assignments, to appropriately staff.
  • Receives and coordinates changes in staffing as needed by Client Service team.
  • Utilize our proprietary computer software to complete documentation and verifications.

Description:

  • Work under the direction of the Operations Manager
  • Demonstrate superior communication, problem solving and time management skills.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude communicate clearly to staff.
  • Working closely with other Coordinators in the office to ensure that clients receive consistent, quality care, while maintaining a professional working environment.
  • Understand and follow company policies including compliance procedures.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in customer service field and Healthcare field.
  • EXPERIENCE in HOMECARE scheduling and recruiting is a plus
