Live-In Home Health Aide

Care Edition is currently looking for reliable and compassionate Live-In Home Health Aides (HHA) to care for clients in the designated clients’ home locations. This particular job openings are for servicing adult and geriatric clients.

Requirements:

• Home Health Aide certificate with 75 hours of hands-on training
• Physical within one year
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid Driver’s License
• Have a criminal background check completed

Responsibilities:

• One-to-one care in the home
• Taking direction from the clinical team and overseen by a registered nurse
• Following the plan of care
• Following all clinical and office policies
