Registered Nurse (RN) – New Graduates

Care Edition is currently hiring new RN graduates to help fulfill the skilled care requirements of our patients. Under the direction and support of the Director of Nursing, successful candidates will work within home care setting. Driving/commuting throughout our operating areas is expected.

In order to ensure success with our agency, we provide extensive paid training, specific to a homecare setting. This guarantees a high success rate with our new graduates as well as our experienced nurses.

Responsibilities include:

• Following plan of care
• Completing daily charting
• Following all clinical and office policies
• Providing one-to-one skilled care in the home / school setting
  lifting / repositioning at times
• Reporting to Director of Nursing

Qualifications/Skills include:

• Active New Jersey RN license
• Direct nursing experience is not required (we hire new graduates)
• Committed and reliable in regard to assigned shifts
• Availability to work part time (at least 2 set days a week) or full time (up to 6 set days a week)
• Availability to work mornings (ex: 7am – 3pm) evenings (ex: 3pm – 11pm / 4pm – 12am) or overnights (11pm – 7am , 12am – 8am)
